Mary Rixey serves on the Unified Life Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Committee. She works in the areas of human resource management, corporate governance and statutory reporting. In 1984, Mary joined William M Buchanan & Associates as the company’s corporate secretary. Since 1986, she has filled this role for Unified Life. Mary has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Mary is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Association of Professional Women and Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals.
